If the item you purchased is returnable, proceed to follow the guidelines for return policy also note

STEP 1:
Return Checklist - Be sure your product meets the following criteria:

 | | When returning you must take into consideration transit-time as we do no accept returns after 30 days from |
| | purchase. The 30 days Return Policy and/or Satisfaction Guarantee Policy means the product has to arrive at our warehouse no later than by the 30th day from purchase. RMA# will not be granted if requested on or after the 30th day, no exception!

STEP 2:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (use form below).
- All Returns must be arranged with a Customer Service Representative by completing the RMA# REQUEST FORM
(click here) within 30 days from purchase. No RMA# will be provided via telephone and No RMA will be granted on
or after 30 days, no exceptions!
- Packages without an assigned RMA# will be refused and returned at customers expense.
- Be sure to include reason for return.
- Take into consideration return shipping transit-time as we do no accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from
purchase.
- Please read return policy carefully as the request of an RMA number constitutes the clear understanding of the
Return Policy posted by Generalsuperstore.com.
STEP 3:
- If item(s) meets the all the conditions listed on step 1 a customer service rep will respond to your request within 48
hours, with an RMA# and shipping address for your return.
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours to receive your RMA#.
STEP 4:
Return product must be repackaged in its original carton with all the original packaging material and original
packing list; RMA# affixed to package and package is shipped to the address provided by Customer Service.
- We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return.
- Safely package the merchandise to ensure safe arrival. For your protection, please insure package against lost
or damage for its full value. Please note we are not responsible nor liable in the event the item gets lost or
damaged during transit. If the merchandise/package is damaged during transit it will be refused and return to
shipper. Shipper will have to file damage claim with shipping company.
- Please allow up to 15 business days after it's received to inspect your return and process your refund. You will
receive an email notification with a copy of your credit transaction.
- RMA number expires 15 days after issued. Please remember we do not issue Refunds or Exchanges After 30 Days
from purchase. Item must arrive at our warehouse before the 30th day, no return item will be accepted after 30
days from purchase.
- Exchange Policy: It is our goal to provide you with a safe and easy shopping experience. With that goal in mind,
we do not exchange merchandise. Should you need to return your product, complete the return form and you will
need to re-order the correct product. We have found this to be a easy and simple alternative to the confusion of
exchanging product.
STEP 5:
Upon arrival merchandise will be carefully inspected and refund will be issued following the guidelines
below:
Refunds are based on the following guidelines including those items marked as Satisfaction Guarantee:
- New - Unopened. Unused. Refund of the full purchase price less original shipping and handling cost.
- Like-New – Box or Factory Packaging opened, item in new condition a 15% restocking fee will be assessed
depending on inspection results, less original shipping and handling cost.
- Refund guideline for FREE SHIPPING merchandise: As a form of appreciation for your business we absorb all
shipping and handling cost on all items marked as "Free Shipping", however refunds for merchandise returned will
have original shipping and handling costs deducted at time of refund.
- Absolutely NO Returns will be accepted nor refund will be issued for merchandise that is
marked as Clearance, Used, Soiled, Damaged, Missing Parts or returned without an assigned
RMA# or arrives at our warehouse after 30 days from purchase.
- Seasonal items are not returnable, merchandise will be returned at customers expense.
My merchandise was damaged during transit; what do I do?
- All our merchandise is meticulously inspected to be free of manufacturing defects prior to shipping. Unfortunately
we have no control over the handling of the shipment once it leaves our warehouse. Please open package and
inspect the merchandise immediately. If merchandise was damaged during transit take action immediately!
